✓ CliniqAI does not store, log, or retain any case descriptions or analysis outputs. No cookies beyond authentication and analytics.

1. What We Collect

We collect minimal data:

  • Account data — your name and email address when you sign in with Google.
  • Subscription data — your plan status and expiry date (stored securely, not linked to case content).
  • Payment data — name, email, and phone number collected at checkout and processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or UPI details.
  • Analytics — pages visited and feature usage via PostHog (opt-out available).

We do not collect or store the clinical case text you enter or the AI responses generated.

2. No PHI Storage

CliniqAI is stateless. Case text is sent directly to our AI provider for processing and is not persisted anywhere by us. You must not enter real patient information — see our Disclaimer.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy.

Google GeminiProcesses clinical case text for AI analysis. Text is not retained by Google under standard API terms.
Google OAuthHandles sign-in. We receive your name and email from your Google account.
RazorpayProcesses payments. Receives your name, email, phone, and payment instrument. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store card/UPI details.
Upstash RedisStores your subscription plan and expiry date (email → plan mapping only).
ResendDelivers transactional emails (waitlist confirmation, payment receipts).
PostHogProduct analytics — pages visited and feature usage. Opt-out available via browser settings.
VercelHosts the application. May log request metadata (IP, user-agent) for security purposes.

4. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication (NextAuth) and analytics cookies (PostHog). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account data (name, email, subscription record) at any time by emailing us. Payment records may be retained as required by law.
